In addition, from time to time its managers undertake more ambitious changes and updates.<em>core algorithm update<\/em>According to the terminology used by Google\u2019s own representatives, these affect essential parts of the algorithm and determine significant changes in the results. <strong>Google search results<\/strong>However, contrary to what many people believe, these changes are not focused on specific aspects of the algorithm, but rather on the overall functioning of the search engine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Contenidos_de_salud_los_mas_afectados\"><\/span>Health Content: the Most Affected<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At the beginning of the month of <strong>June 2019<\/strong> one of these took place <em>core update.<\/em> Contrary to what is usual, it was announced in advance by Google on social media. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the opinion of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/searchengineland.com\/google-june-2019-core-update-finished-rolling-out-on-june-8-318028\">some experts<\/a><\/strong> this latest update has caused many sites to lose rankings for not displaying <strong>reliable content<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this case, many websites that provide <strong>health contents<\/strong>, although not exclusively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Contenido_fiable_para_Google\"><\/span>Reliable Content for Google<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Reliable content for Google is primarily defined by the English acronym EAT (Expertise, Authoritativeness &amp; Trustworthiness). In this way, the experience, authority, and trustworthiness of a website and its content can impact its final ranking. Knowing the author of a piece of content, ensuring they are an \u201cexpert\u201d on the subject they cover, and confirming that the company or website hosting the content is trustworthy are all important. Nevertheless, it should not be forgotten that these are just three factors among the more than 200 that Google\u2019s search engine considers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_cambiar_para_posicionar_mejor\"><\/span>What to Change to Rank Better<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If we are to follow Google\u2019s guidance on what can be fixed after the June 2019 algorithm update, we should do NOTHING.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not fixing anything means that we should not expect improvements in the qualitative aspects of our <em>site<\/em> content to boost better rankings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It also means that Google is focusing on more than just the low-quality details of a website. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is more likely that Google is indeed paying attention to many things at once, such as language issues, links, improvements in understanding search queries, how to interpret content within the overall context of a website, and a long list of other factors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Nuevo_cambio_en_el_algoritmo_de_Google_septiembre_2019\"><\/span>New Google Algorithm Update: September 2019<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A new general algorithm change took place at the end of September 2019, as announced by Google\u2019s representatives.
