Adem\u00e1s del <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanalala.es\/en\/analisis-de-sangre-hemograma\/\">hemograma<\/a><\/strong> en el que se eval\u00faan las c\u00e9lulas sangu\u00edneas, existen otros par\u00e1metros como los <strong>niveles de glucosa<\/strong> y los <strong>l\u00edpidos sangu\u00edneos<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Glucosa_en_sangre\"><\/span>Glucosa en sangre<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los niveles de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanalala.es\/en\/medir-los-niveles-de-glucosa-sin-pinchazos\/\">glucosa en sangre<\/a><\/strong> o glucemia es una de las valoraciones m\u00e1s habituales dentro del an\u00e1lisis de sangre. Permite detectar situaciones de hiperglucemia o hipoglucemia y diagnosticar una posible diabetes. Se lleva a cabo a trav\u00e9s del an\u00e1lisis de una \u00fanica muestra de sangre recogida en ayunas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Prueba_de_tolerancia_oral_a_la_glucosa\"><\/span>Prueba de tolerancia oral a la glucosa<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Para valorar una posible diabetes es com\u00fan la prueba de <strong>tolerancia\noral a la glucosa<\/strong>. Esta prueba consiste en la medici\u00f3n de la glucemia\ndespu\u00e9s de ingerir una cantidad elevada de glucosa. Despu\u00e9s, se efect\u00faan nuevas\nextracciones de sangre cada 30 minutos, hasta un tiempo total de 3 horas. Normalmente,\nlos valores de glucosa alcanzan su m\u00e1ximo al cabo de 1 hora, tras la que\ncomienzan a descender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunas circunstancias que pueden afectar a los niveles de\nglucosa y que se deben tener en cuenta al llegar a cabo estas pruebas son: infecciones,\nel tratamiento con algunos medicamentos entre los que se encuentran corticoides,\nbetabloqueantes o diur\u00e9ticos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"258\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanalala.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/Tolerancia-oral-a-la-glucosa-1.png\" alt=\"tolerancia oral a la glucosa\" class=\"wp-image-3994\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sanalala.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/Tolerancia-oral-a-la-glucosa-1.png 650w, https:\/\/www.sanalala.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/Tolerancia-oral-a-la-glucosa-1-300x119.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Glucemia_valores_normales\"><\/span>Glucemia: valores normales<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Los resultados de glucemia fuera de la normalidad deben ser confirmados para ser considerados como s\u00edntoma de enfermedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"657\" height=\"407\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanalala.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/Glucemia-normalidad.png\" alt=\"valores normales glucemia\" class=\"wp-image-3992\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sanalala.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/Glucemia-normalidad.png 657w, https:\/\/www.sanalala.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/Glucemia-normalidad-300x186.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 657px) 100vw, 657px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Hemoglobina_glicosilada\"><\/span>Hemoglobina glicosilada<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>hemoglobina glucosilada<\/strong> o glicosilada (HbA 1c) es\nuna fracci\u00f3n de la hemoglobina (la mol\u00e9cula que transporta el ox\u00edgeno en los\ngl\u00f3bulos rojos) que refleja el valor medio de la glucemia en un periodo de\nsemanas o meses. Permite evaluar si la glucemia estuvo o no bien controlada durante\nlas 4-6 semanas anteriores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se consideran normales valores de hemoglobina glicosilada inferiores al 5,7 % del total de la hemoglobina. Por el contrario, valores por encima del 6,5 % se consideran indicativos de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanalala.es\/en\/diabetes-sintomas-y-tratamientos\/\">diabetes<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Analisis_de_sangre_lipidos\"><\/span>An\u00e1lisis de sangre: l\u00edpidos<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El perfil lip\u00eddico o niveles de l\u00edpidos en sangre tambi\u00e9n se\ndetermina a partir del an\u00e1lisis de sangre. En \u00e9l se eval\u00faan los niveles de: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Colesterol\ntotal. <\/li><li>Colesterol HDL (high<em>\ndensity lipoprotein)<\/em> o lipoprote\u00ednas de alta densidad, o \u201ccolesterol bueno\u201d.\n<\/li><li>Colesterol LDL (low<em>\ndensity lipoprotein) o <\/em>lipoprote\u00ednas de baja densidad, o \u201ccolesterol malo\u201d.<\/li><li>Triglic\u00e9ridos.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanalala.es\/en\/bajar-el-colesterol-sin-medicamentos\/\">colesterol<\/a><\/strong> es insoluble en agua, por lo que necesita ir unido a prote\u00ednas para ir por la sangre, formando peque\u00f1as part\u00edculas llamadas lipoprote\u00ednas. La lipoprote\u00edna HDL transporta el colesterol hacia el h\u00edgado, donde es metabolizado, mientras que la LDL transporta colesterol hacia los tejidos y facilita la acumulaci\u00f3n de colesterol en las arterias, contribuyendo as\u00ed a la aparici\u00f3n de aterosclerosis. Como norma general puede decirse que cuanto m\u00e1s elevada sea la proporci\u00f3n de HDL en relaci\u00f3n con colesterol total, menor ser\u00e1 el riesgo de enfermedad vascular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, los triglic\u00e9ridos son el principal tipo de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanalala.es\/en\/cual-es-grasa-buena\/\">grasa de los alimentos<\/a><\/strong>. Son transformados en \u00e1cidos grasos y, una vez en la sangre, son principalmente transportados por otro tipo de lipoprote\u00ednas, los quilomicrones. Estas part\u00edculas liberan los triglic\u00e9ridos a medida que pasan por el tejido adiposo y por los m\u00fasculos. El resto de triglic\u00e9ridos son metabolizados en el h\u00edgado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Colesterol_alto\"><\/span>Colesterol alto<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Se habla de hiperlipidemia cuando existe un aumento de los\nniveles de l\u00edpidos en sangre por encima de lo normal. Puede tratarse de\nhipercolesterolemia o colesterol alto, hipertrigliceridemia o triglic\u00e9ridos\naltos o combinaci\u00f3n de ambas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para los expertos el nivel ideal de colesterol en sangre\npara una persona sana debe estar por debajo de 200 mg\/dl. En cualquier caso,\ndebe valorarse las cifras en funci\u00f3n de los antecedentes, de la proporci\u00f3n de\ncolesterol LDL frente al colesterol HDL y de la existencia de otros factores de\nriesgo vascular, como hipertensi\u00f3n arterial, diabetes o tabaquismo. De este\nmodo, las cifras de colesterol ligeramente superiores a ese nivel en ausencia\nde antecedentes de enfermedad cardiovascular o de otros factores de riesgo\nvascular no deben considerarse preocupantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Trigliceridos_altos\"><\/span>Triglic\u00e9ridos altos<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El papel de la hipertrigliceridemia por s\u00ed sola como factor\nde riesgo vascular es menos conocido. El nivel ideal de triglic\u00e9ridos en sangre\nse sit\u00faa por debajo de 200 mg\/dl, consider\u00e1ndose que los niveles son altos\ncuando sobrepasan los 400 mg\/dl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los niveles altos de triglic\u00e9ridos se relacionan con la aparici\u00f3n de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/insights.ovid.com\/crossref?an=00004836-201708000-00005\">pancreatitis<\/a><\/strong>.<br> <br> <br>
